The widget HTML is cached at the edge for performance, so once the cap is reached or the credit is exhausted it can take up to about 5 minutes for the chat bubble to disappear from your storefront.

What if it says something wrong to a customer?

Answers come from your catalog and your store pages, not the open internet. When the salesperson is not confident, it says so and hands off to your team instead of guessing. What if Emporiqa has an outage, does it break my store?

No. The chat widget loads asynchronously from our servers. If we are unreachable, the chat bubble does not appear. Your storefront, product pages, and checkout keep working normally. The plugin on your store only listens for catalog changes; it does not run any customer-facing logic.

Is my conversation data used to train AI models?

No. Conversations are not used for model training. Retention is configurable on your end. Emporiqa is an EU company operating under GDPR.
