Customer email replies, written from your catalog and your orders
Connect your shop's mailbox, and Emporiqa drafts each reply in the customer's language. Your team checks it and sends it from your own address.
Works with any mailbox. Order details in drafts: Gmail, Google Workspace and Microsoft (Outlook.com and Microsoft 365).
From the inbox to the reply

It sorts
Every new email in your Inbox is sorted. Customer emails go to To answer. Newsletters, notifications and sales pitches go to Other mail and are free.
-
2
It drafts
Open an email and press Write the reply. The draft uses your catalog, your pages and, when your plugin looks orders up, the order itself (on Gmail, Google Workspace and Microsoft mailboxes). When your shop still has something to do, like sending a return label, the draft comes with a short to-do list.

You send
Change what you like and press Send reply. It goes from your own address, in the same email conversation, and is saved in your Sent folder. The inbox and Send reply work in a phone browser too.
The shop owner connects the mailbox and decides whether automatic replies are on. Everyone on your team answers.
A draft from our email tests
A customer email sent to our demo store, and the draft Emporiqa wrote from that store's catalog in our email tests.
Hi! Can I get the iPhone 15 in black with 128GB? Thanks, Maya
Hi Maya,
The iPhone 15 in black with 128GB isn’t available. The closest options are:
The signature you set for your mailbox is added under every reply you send.
Not on Gmail or Microsoft? Order details need a sender we can verify: Gmail, Google Workspace and Microsoft confirm who sent each email they receive, so an order is only discussed with the person who placed it. On IONOS, Strato, OVHcloud or any other IMAP mailbox, drafts come from your products and pages from day one, without order details or automatic replies. For "where is my order", the chat on your shop already answers with the order card, so many of those emails are never written. See the plugins
Each email shows its topic and whether a draft is ready
Four tabs: To answer, Needs you, Sent and Other mail.
The hard ones stay with your team
An upset customer, a refund demand, someone asking for a person, payment, legal and privacy requests, and anything unclear or suspicious go to Needs you. No draft is written unless you ask for one, and your team is alerted when one arrives.
Automatic replies, only once they have earned it
Off until the store owner switches them on. Even then, Emporiqa sends a reply by itself only on a topic your team has already sent at least 10 times with 9 in 10 unchanged, in the last 90 days.
- Every automatic reply waits 10 minutes under Sending soon. Anyone on your team can stop it.
- Only order status, product, return-policy and general questions can earn it.
- Never for emails our sorting marks as complaints, refunds, payment, legal or privacy, or a reply that would promise something.
- At most 100 a day. Gmail, Google Workspace and Microsoft mailboxes.
What it can touch
- Reads new mail in your Inbox from the moment you connect. Older mail and Spam are never opened.
- Every new email in your Inbox is read and sorted by AI: its text goes to OpenAI in the US under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and OpenAI does not use it for training.
- Only customer emails get a draft; the searches for it go to OpenRouter and Cohere for ranking.
- Nothing in your Inbox is deleted, moved or marked as read. Replies you send appear in your Sent folder.
- Your Sent folder is checked only for whether a reply already went out, never its text.
- Sends only when someone on your team presses Send reply, or, once the owner switches on automatic replies, for topics your team already sends unchanged.
- Attachments are not read. Emails are kept for 90 days, then deleted.
- The mailbox password is stored encrypted and never shown again, even to us. Microsoft 365 uses Sign in with Microsoft: no password at all.

What it costs
$0.15 for each AI-drafted reply you send. Sorting, drafts you don't send and replies you write yourself are free. It uses the same credit and monthly limit as the chat ($0.25 a conversation), so 100 replies sent cost $15.
Prices excl. VAT.
Works with the mailbox you already have
- Gmail and Google Workspace
- Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com
- IONOS, Strato and OVHcloud
- Any mailbox with IMAP and SMTP
Gmail needs an app password, which needs 2-Step Verification. The guide walks you through it in four steps. Gmail steps On Google Workspace, if your admin has turned app passwords off, ask them to allow them. Stuck? Write to us
Drafts and Send reply work with every mailbox above. The mailbox connects in a few minutes, and everyone on the team can answer. The drafts use the products and pages your Emporiqa plugin already sends, and the orders it looks up.
What it does not do yet
- No assigning an email to one person, and no internal notes.
- Emporiqa reads the text of an email, never its attachments or photos.
- An email over 2 MB is not picked up. It stays in your Inbox for you to answer there.

Questions store owners ask
Will it send emails without us?
No. Nothing goes out until someone on your team presses Send reply, unless the store owner switches on automatic replies. Those only cover topics your team already sends unchanged, and every one waits 10 minutes so anyone can stop it.
What if the draft is wrong?
You read every draft before it goes out, and you can change any word. It writes from your own products and pages, so a wrong product description gives a wrong draft: fix it once in your shop and the next drafts use it.
What if we send one by mistake?
A sent email cannot be taken back, but it went from your own address, so you can write to the customer again. If an AI reply went to an email that was not a customer email, the shop owner can refund it on that email within 14 days. After three refunds in a billing period, a refund that would take them past a fifth of that period's email charges goes through our support. A charge not billed yet is cancelled; any other comes back as credit.
Does it answer in the customer's language?
Yes. A customer who writes in French gets a draft in French, whatever language your team works in.
Do we need a helpdesk, or to move our email?
No. Emporiqa connects straight to your shop's mailbox, so there is nothing to move. If someone answers from the mailbox itself, Emporiqa sees the reply in your Sent folder and takes the email out of To answer.
Can it look up an order?
Yes, when your plugin looks orders up, on Gmail, Google Workspace and Microsoft mailboxes. Order details need a sender we can verify, and these mailboxes confirm who sent each email. If a filtering service sits in front of the mailbox, the sender may not be confirmed, and the draft then comes without order details; the same goes for some forwarded mail, or an email whose Reply-To differs from its sender. The draft checks the order against the confirmed address, never one written in the email, so nobody can ask about someone else's order. Without an order number, the draft asks for it.
Can several of us work in the same inbox?
Yes. Everyone on your team sees the same emails and the same drafts. If two people send a reply to the same email, only the first one goes out, and the second sees that it was already answered. There is no assigning emails to one person and no internal notes, so agree who takes which ones.
How are replies counted?
Each AI-drafted reply you send counts once, at $0.15, however often you had the draft rewritten. A customer who writes three times in one conversation and gets three AI-drafted replies costs $0.45. Replies you write yourself are free.
Who at Emporiqa can read our emails?
Your emails are not shown in our administration interface. An Emporiqa administrator signed in with Google can open your dashboard as you, read-only and for at most 15 minutes at a time. Each time leaves a line in our server logs, which are kept only for a few days; it is not in your activity log. One person, the founder, can reach the servers. To sort and draft, each email's text goes to OpenAI in the US, and the searches for a draft go to OpenRouter and Cohere for ranking; none of it is used to train AI models.
What happens with attachments and photos?
Emporiqa reads the text of an email, never its attachments. An email with a photo is sorted and drafted from its text alone, and nothing marks that a photo came with it, so check the email in your mailbox when the photo matters. An email over 2 MB, which one phone photo can be enough for, is not picked up at all and stays in your Inbox for you to answer there.
