For your client this is a chatbot that sells from their own catalog without shutting their team out of it: anyone on the team can open a live chat on their own initiative, and a shopper can ask for a person at any time. For you it is an install, setup and tuning you bill yourself, and a share of what the store spends for as long as it runs.

What you are putting on their store

Six things you can tell a client without checking with me first.

It recommends and it closes

It reads the catalog and comes back with a product, a price and whether it is in stock. It handles the will-it-fit questions, offers something else when the first choice is out of stock, and walks the shopper to checkout. A shopper can send a photo instead of typing and get the nearest thing the store carries.

Nothing to talk them into

No monthly minimum, no per-seat fee, no card at signup. The store starts with $25 of credit and pays $0.25 a conversation after that, under a monthly ceiling it sets itself. A client gets to watch it earn its keep before they commit to anything.

No tier chart

One plan. Every feature, unlimited team members and the full analytics on every account. Nothing you set up for a client turns out to be on a higher plan halfway through.

It fails in the safe direction

Ask it for something the store does not sell and it says so rather than inventing it. That is the risk you carry when a chatbot goes live on a client's storefront with your name on the invoice. The captures on our proof page are unedited and you can rerun any of them yourself.

65+ languages from the first install

It answers in the language the shopper typed, even when the catalog is English only. One install covers every market the store sells into, so opening a new country is not a second project.

Support gets smaller, the team stays

Order tracking, the questions their team answers twenty times a week, and the handoff to a person arrive as one product, already wired together. The team keeps the conversations that need them.

When it gets it wrong, and how you find out

The chat decides on its own judgement when a conversation needs a person. A shopper does not have to ask for one.

Six reasons go straight to a person

A refund request, a complaint, an explicit ask for a human, a shopper who says they cannot complete a purchase, a policy exception, and anything the chat marks as needing escalation. The chat hands the conversation over on the spot, without waiting for the shopper to agree.

Seven more offer a person instead

Low confidence, very low confidence, a validation failure, an internal error, a technical issue, missing content, and a processing failure. These offer rather than transfer, so a recoverable timeout does not pull a human in.

Why a blocked purchase transfers

It used to offer. Over fourteen days of production traffic nine shoppers said in as many words that they could not buy, and exactly one reached a person, because they happened to type it themselves. An offer needs a yes that a shopper at a dead checkout has no reason to give.

Where the alert lands

In the dashboard, by email to the store members who subscribe, and pushed to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord or Google Chat. A handoff nobody picks up gets chased again.

Open any conversation yourself

Every conversation is stored with its full transcript and opens in the dashboard at any time.

Shoppers grade it

A shopper can rate a chat after it ends. A low rating surfaces for the store's team, and marking it reviewed is store-wide, so two people do not work the same complaint.

What there is to bill for

The plugin is the easy part. Making it good on a particular catalog is a project, and that project is yours. You learn the install once and it is the same on the next client; the catalog work is the part that changes.

Catalog data

The answers are only as good as the product data behind them: titles, attributes, variant names, and the descriptions nobody has touched since launch. On most stores this is the project.

Cart and order lookup

Turning on cart actions, and exposing the order-lookup endpoint so it can answer where is my order instead of passing it to a person.

Who gets to start a conversation

The store pays per conversation, so the domains it runs on and the visitors it answers are worth setting deliberately rather than leaving open.

When it opens by itself

Proactive triggers: which pages, after how long, on what behaviour. Tuned well it opens on the shoppers who were going to leave, which is worth the hour it takes.

How it sounds

Tone and the chat picture, so it reads like the client's brand and not like a default.

The number at the review

Conversations, what they led to, and the revenue the dashboard attributes to them. That is the slide that renews a retainer.

What you get

A partner rate on usage

You earn a share of what your client stores spend on conversations, for as long as each store stays active. It is pay-as-you-go on both sides: a store pays for conversations that already happened, so there is no subscription to cancel and nothing to claw back from you. Tell me the platforms and store sizes you work with and the rate comes back in the first reply.

A direct line to me

I work closely with the agencies that implement Emporiqa, and I answer the technical questions myself, so when something goes wrong on a client store you are talking to the person who can change the code.

You choose who holds the billing

Every store is billed on its own account, so it can sit with your client or with you and be invoiced onward. Tell me which you want for a given store. If the client later goes elsewhere, handing the store back is a card change and not a migration. You join a client store as a member and can be removed or leave without the store noticing, and the client keeps ownership throughout.

Tell me which platforms you build on and we settle the rest by email.
