How do I get started with Emporiqa?
Create a free Emporiqa account, install the plugin for your platform, and run the initial sync. Happy to help with the setup if you need it.
How does the free credit work?
Start free with $25 of signup credit (about 100 conversations). No card needed at signup. After the credit runs out, $0.25 per conversation, capped at $59/month by default. No trial deadline. Cancel anytime.
Which e-commerce platforms do you support?
Native plugins for WooCommerce, Drupal Commerce, Sylius, Magento 2, PrestaShop, and Shopware. For everything else, the webhook API works with any platform.
Is my customer data secure?
All connections are encrypted. We never access your store's admin or database. Your data is kept separate from other stores. Payments go through Stripe.
