Visual search lets shoppers paste or upload a picture (something they saw in a store window, on social media, or a competitor's site) and the chatbot returns the matching or closest products from your synced catalog. Emporiqa's visual search runs the uploaded image through a vision model that extracts product attributes (color, shape, style, category), turns them into a search query, and matches against the store's products. It works across every product category in your catalog (apparel, electronics, furniture, beauty) without per-product tags or training. Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF up to 5 MB. The same chat conversation handles follow-up questions about the matched product (size, price, variations) and can add it to cart.
