How do I get started with Emporiqa?
Create a free account and install the plugin for your platform. Test the chat on your own products in your dashboard, then press Go live: shoppers see nothing before that.
How does the free credit work?
Every store starts with a one-time signup credit, so you start free. No card needed at signup. After the credit runs out, you pay per conversation and per AI-drafted email reply you send, up to a monthly limit you choose. The rates are on the pricing page. No trial deadline. Cancel anytime.
Which e-commerce platforms do you support?
Native plugins for WooCommerce, Drupal Commerce, Sylius, Magento 2, PrestaShop, and Shopware, five of them on their platform's official marketplace. For everything else, the webhook API works with any platform.
Is my customer data secure?
Your data is hosted in Germany and kept separate from other stores, and every connection is encrypted. Answers are generated by OpenAI in the US. Chats are deleted after 90 days and never used for training. We never access your store's admin or database. How we handle your data
